RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece you receive from Mila. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — and we'll always make it right.


🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.


💸 Our Hassle-Free Refund Promise

If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We simply ask that you share a brief reason for your return so we can keep improving.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days of approval.


⚠️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at milababybrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

We'll issue a full refund immediately — and you keep the item. No return needed, no questions asked.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, we'll refund your original order and you're welcome to place a new one. Our team is happy to help you find the right fit before you reorder — just reach out at milababybrand@gmail.com.


🚫 Final Sale Items

  • Any item marked as "FINAL SALE" in the product description or at checkout cannot be returned or refunded
  • Sale or discounted items not explicitly marked final sale remain eligible for our standard refund policy

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received a Mila Baby item as a gift and would like a refund, please contact us at milababybrand@gmail.com with your order details. We'll do our best to make it right — whether through a refund to the original purchaser or a store credit discount code for you to use on a future order.


🇨🇦 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or other applicable Canadian law. Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases regardless of this return policy.
