We know you're excited to receive your Mila Baby order β here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.
π¦ Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD (calculated on your order subtotal before taxes) within Canada and the United States.
For orders under $75 CAD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
π Carriers
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on your location and selected shipping speed. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at:

- UPS: ups.com/track
β³ Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2β3 business days of placement, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or sale events, processing may take an additional 1β2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada including:
- All 10 provinces
- Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut
Please note that deliveries to northern territories may take longer than standard estimates due to carrier routing. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

We ship to most U.S. states. We are currently unable to ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Estimated delivery times to the U.S. after shipping:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs processing times which may affect delivery estimates.
β‘ Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge based on your location. Simply select your preferred shipping speed at checkout and the rate will be calculated automatically.
π Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Mila Baby Brand is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order please contact us immediately at milababybrand@gmail.com β we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
π¦ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your order has not moved in 5 or more business days or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at milababybrand@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
